Villa Sea Star Vinjerac is a modern luxury house of 683 square meters built on a property of 1,060 square meters at the very end of the small town of Vinjerac which provides guests with privacy and a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and Velebit.

The villa contains a total of 6 luxuriously furnished bedrooms spread over 2 floors that can accommodate a total of 12 guests. Out of these, 3 bedrooms have king size beds, and 3 bedrooms have 2 single wide beds that can be connected if needed. Each bedroom is extremely spacious, air conditioned, has its own bathroom and TV. In addition, guests have at their disposal 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 dining rooms inside the villa and 2 more outside on the terraces so they can choose which side to eat and socialize depending on the mood and weather. On the terrace there is also a top class Kamado Joe barbecue. Due to its spaciousness and technical equipment (smart desk, printer, computer ...) the villa is also suitable for business meetings, courses or smaller team buildings. In addition to the interior of the villa, the exterior is also very comfortable, and includes several terraces, each with stunning panoramic views and a large outdoor area where there is a heated pool that has the function of countercurrent swimming and massage. Sun loungers are provided around the pool for sunbathing, relaxing and sipping your favorite drink. Also, guests have at their disposal 2 garages and 4 parking spaces in front of the house.

For relaxation after a full day of swimming, sunbathing, there is also a Finnish sauna, and for guests looking for an active holiday, there are SUPs available. For the most demanding guests, the villa offers the option of a private chef at an additional cost.
