Villa Natura III is part of a complex of 4 luxury villas that can be rented separately or together and thus can be an excellent choice for large groups of people. They are located on an elevated part of the small, quiet place Veprinac, just above Opatija. As the villas are built on a cascading terrain, each offers a wonderful panoramic view of the Kvarner Bay and the island of Krk. Each of the mentioned luxury Villa Natura has an outdoor swimming pool with the option of heating and all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Also, each villa has a completely fenced property, which is a great advantage for families with children and pets, giving guests additional privacy. All the villas are built in a traditional style from the outside with stone elements, wooden sheds and a sloping roof, while the interior is more modern, with many additional features. Each villa has enough parking spaces for guests who come with cars.

Villa Natura III is a luxurious villa with an area of 400 square meters on a completely fenced property of almost 1200 square meters. On the large outdoor property there is a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, and the pool offers a wonderful panoramic view. While you enjoy swimming in the pool, the children can play carefree on the children\'s playground right next to the pool. In front of the villa there is a big covered terrace with a barbecue for preparing all your favorite meals, a big dining table and lounge chairs for relaxing. Villa Natura III offers its guests many additional facilities such as sauna and fitness equipment for guests looking for an active vacation. The villa has a spacious living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen. It can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and TV.
