Villa Natura I

Villa Natura I is part of a complex of 4 luxury villas that can be rented separately or together and thus can be an excellent choice for large groups of people. They are located on an elevated part of the small, quiet place Veprinac, just above Opatija. As the villas are built on a cascading terrain, each offers a wonderful panoramic view of the Kvarner Bay and the island of Krk. Each of the mentioned luxury Villa Natura has an outdoor swimming pool with the option of heating and all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Also, each villa has a completely fenced property, which is a great advantage for families with children and pets, giving guests additional privacy. All the villas are built in a traditional style from the outside with stone elements, wooden sheds and a sloping roof, while the interior is more modern, with many additional features. Each villa has enough parking spaces for guests who come with cars.

Villa Natura I is a luxurious villa with an area of 400 square meters on a completely fenced property of almost 1200 square meters. On the large outdoor property there is a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, and the pool offers a wonderful panoramic view. While you enjoy swimming in the pool, the children can play carefree on the children\'s playground right next to the pool. There are also 2 covered terraces in front of the villa. On one, there is a grill for preparing your favorite dishes and a large dining table, and on the other there are lounge chairs for relaxing. Villa Natura I offers its guests many additional facilities such as an indoor jacuzzi with a beautiful view, a sauna and fitness equipment for guests looking for an active vacation. The villa has a spacious living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen. It can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and TV.

Villa Natura also offers a concierge service to its guests, so it is possible to organize private transfers, a private chef, boat rentals, nanny services and the like for an additional fee. The location of Villa Natura I offers guests a stunning view and tranquility, and on the other hand, an opportunity to explore the beautiful Kvarner region. When we talk about the Kvarner region, the first thing that comes to everyone\'s mind is the charming and always attractive Opatija. When you are there, be sure to take a walk along the romantic Lungomare promenade that connects Volosko, Opatija, Ičići, Ika and Lovran. Before the romantic walk, we suggest you drink coffee on the terrace of the Milenij Hotel, and after the walk enjoy lunch in one of the famous restaurants by the sea. If you are staying longer on vacation, we recommend visiting some of the islands such as Krk, Cres, Lošinj or Rab.
