Villa Maris is located on an elevated part of the small town of Orasac not far from Dubrovnik. Its position provides it with a spectacular panoramic view of the sea and the Elaphite Islands.
The villa was completely newly built in 2021, with a total area of 320 square meters spreading over 3 floors. On the lowest floor there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with direct access to the open terrace. On the terrace there is a heated pool and sun loungers, and given the stunning view from it, we are sure that guests will spend most of their time here to socialize, to have their morning coffee or a glass of the finest wines. The villa has 5 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate a total of 10 guests. Each bedroom is air conditioned, has a king size bed, large glass walls with a beautiful view, a private bathroom, TV, safe and balcony.
For guests looking for an active holiday, the villa features a room with exercise equipment and a sauna ideal for relaxing after a workout. At the back of the house there is a fenced area for parking. The price of the stay includes cleaning every other day and concierge service, and for an additional fee there is the possibility of organizing private transfers, a private chef, boat rental, babysitting service…
