Villa Malipiero Estate

Villa Malipiero Estate is located in the western part of Istria, very close to Rovinj. It is located on a large estate of as much as 6,000 square meters on which olive trees are spread. Villa Malipiero Estate consists of a main house of 217 square meters and a smaller house of 70 square meters. Although completely newly built, both houses are traditional single-storey houses with sloping roofs and the inevitable charming wooden beams. Both houses can accommodate 6 (+2) people who will enjoy complete peace and privacy. On the large property, guests can enjoy swimming in the pool or sunbathing on the sun loungers next to it. Outside there is also a barbecue where you can prepare your favorite dishes to enjoy them later on the outdoor dining table. In the evening, relax on the outdoor lounge chairs with a glass of your favorite Istrian wine.

The main house consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an extremely spacious living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The living room is dominated by beautiful wooden beams, a fireplace and large movable glass walls that provide plenty of daylight. Since almost the entire living room is surrounded by movable glass walls, staying in it will give you the feeling of staying outside in the fresh air. In the living room there is a PlayStation that will delight the male part of society, and most of all the youngest members. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has 2 single beds that can be joined together if needed. Both bedrooms are fully air conditioned and have a TV.
The smaller house consists of a rustically decorated living room, kitchen and one bedroom. The bedroom has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and a TV. In addition to the bedroom, on the sofa bed in the living 2 more people can be accomodated.

Villa Malipiero Estate is located in a fairytale small town just 3 kilometers from the nearest beach and 9 kilometers from beautiful Rovinj. Find out why Rovinj is visited by tourists from all over the world, explore its old center or head south and discover Pula. Be sure to visit the amphitheater in Pula, which is the largest and best-preserved monument of ancient architecture in Croatia. When you are already in Pula, we definitely recommend a trip to the Brijuni National Park. Near Villa Malipiero Estate you can find great restaurants and taverns offering a large selection of traditional dishes. The famous Istrian winery Meneghetti is only 14 kilometers away. Explore the surroundings of Istria and taste the famous local wines Teran and Malvasia, homemade virgin olive oils, homemade cheeses and truffles. For those looking for an active holiday, there are many hiking and cycling trails in the area.
