Villa Malie is a modern extravagant luxury villa for rent, located in the small town of Bale in the western part of Istria, not far from Rovinj. The villa is located on a fully fenced property of 3,200 square meters, situated at the end of the place providing guests with the desired privacy. On the large property in front of the house there is an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers ideal for relaxing after swimming. Next to the pool there is a covered terrace with a dining table where you can enjoy your favorite dishes. A little further on the property you can find another covered terrace with lounge armchairs ideal for relaxing with a glass of your favorite drink. Next to this terrace there is another small decorative pool that will delight the youngest members of the family. In front of the house there is a secured covered parking for guests within the fenced property.

Villa Malie is a modern villa of unusual design, 360 square meters in size, which is a great option for complete relaxation and escape from the hectic everyday life. The interior of the villa is just as impressive as the exterior, and is characterized by simple lines and muted color tones with pastel details. The luxurious living room with a ceiling height of 5 meters looks extremely spacious, and the modern fireplace fits perfectly. In the extension of the living room there is a fully equipped modern kitchen and an elegant dining table. On the ground floor there is a wellness room with sauna and indoor pool. Both outdoor and indoor pools have a massage function. After bathing and relaxing in the sauna, lie down on the deck chairs and rest a bit in peace and quiet. Villa Malie has 4 luxurious spacious bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate a total of 8 guests. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned, have a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, work desk and TV.
