Villa Maja

If you want to escape from a busy and stressful lifestyle, Villa Maja is the right choice for you. It is located in the small, quiet place Grabovac, near Šestanovac, which, in combination with a completely fenced property, will provide guests with the desired peace and privacy. Already upon arrival, you will immediately feel the fresh air due to the surroundings and nature, and the mountains that can be seen from the outside will brighten your days. The outdoor pool and deck chairs by the pool are great for socializing, relaxing or sunbathing. The terrace in the yard is great for drinking coffee or breakfast in the morning, and during hot weather it offers you an escape from the sun. A grill will come in handy for preparing your favorite dishes. Next to the terrace there is also a small house in the yard that has a kitchen and a place to sit so you can enjoy yourself in several places. After swimming and resting, use your free time playing billiards and darts located in the basement of the villa, and if you want to taste the magic of games, there is also a PlayStation. A parking lot with three spaces for cars is as safe as the garage with a free space for one car.

At first glance, Villa Maja exudes simplicity, but when you take a look inside the villa, you will see various modern combinations of furniture and different details. The area of 180 square meters and the land of 700 square meters has an interesting design and ambience. It has three bedrooms and can accommodate six people, and the modernly furnished rooms with various colors will charm the guests. Each bedroom is fully air-conditioned, has a large double bed and TV, and one of the rooms has an ensuite bathroom. The spacious kitchen and dining room overlooking the pool are beautifully decorated, and yellow and turquoise tones will cheer up the guests. An interesting fireplace located in the middle of the kitchen gives an additional dose of luxury and provides a sense of comfort. When the heat drops, in the late afternoon you can enjoy the pool or eat and drink on the outdoor terrace. In order for you to be completely carefree, the villa has a laundry room at your disposal.

Villa Maja is located very close to the highway exit, which is an advantage for guests who come to their vacation by car. About half an hour's drive from the house separates you from the small quiet town of Pisak, which has beautiful beaches. Also nearby are the famous tourist destinations of Brela and Baška Voda, which are known for their beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. If you prefer to explore the interior of Croatia, we recommend a trip to Imotski where you can explore the famous lakes: Crveno and Modro. Also, near the house is the large Bučuša lake in the small place of Lokvičići.
