Villa Luka

Villa Luka is a real original stone house in a small picturesque town Ložišća on the island of Brač and provides an unforgettable experience for all those who want to feel the true taste of the Mediterranean. The total area of the completely fenced property is 2000, and the area of the house is 280 square meters.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and TV. Each bedroom has a double bed, and 2 bedrooms have an extra bed for one person. In addition, there are 3 more sofa beds in the rooms so that a total of 16 guests can be accommodated. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, an additional kitchen with a tavern, an open fireplace and a large wooden table. Outside there is a swimming pool of 36 square meters, sun loungers with views of the place, an additional barbecue and a stone table overlooking a beautiful baroque bell tower. When you get tired of sunbathing and swimming in the pool, just move a few meters further into the covered lounge area in comfortable armchairs, which also offers a stunning view of the charming place. The whole house is decorated in a traditional Dalmatian style dominated by stone and wood that give the impression of warmth.

Villa Luka is a great choice for younger couples or large families who want to have a large fenced property just for themselves with a variety of additional facilities. Table tennis and a bowling alley are at guests’ disposal. In the immediate vicinity of the house, only 500 meters away, is a beach with crystal clear sea.
