Located on the coast, right next to the beautiful crystal clear sea, lies the luxurious Villa Katarina. It is located on the peninsula of the picturesque town of Cavtat, on a property of 1200 square meters which is completely landscaped, fenced and surrounded by lots of greenery. It is only a 10-minute drive from the villa to Dubrovnik Airport.
Although it leans on its sister Villa Rat, it will provide enough privacy for its guests due to its high stone walls. On both sides of the house there are large sliding glass rocks that give a lot of daylight and airiness. In front of the villa there is a covered outdoor kitchen, dining area and barbecue. This part of the house is ideal for daily gatherings over lunch consisting of the finest barbecue specialties. At the back of the villa there is a large heated pool with sun loungers and an additional covered area for dining or relaxing. The villa itself has an area of 350 square meters spread over 2 floors. On the lower floor there is a large luxuriously equipped living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. In the basement of the house there is a modern luxury wine cellar ideal for evening gatherings with a tasting of the finest wines. If you want to completely relax, in addition to the classic Finnish sauna, there is also a Turkish steam bath available. As for the bedrooms, Villa Katarina has a total of 4 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Each bedroom is air conditioned, has a king-size bed, a private bathroom and TV, and the master bedroom has its own terrace.
The price of the stay includes daily cleaning, use of electric vespa, bicycle and concierge services, and for an additional fee there is the possibility of organizing private transfers, private chef, boat rental, babysitting service…
