Villa Golubinka is a real traditional Dalmatian stone house with a sloping roof and wooden shutters, over 80 years old, and recently completely renovated. The whole house is dominated by stone walls, wooden beams and rustic solid wood furniture that makes this holiday home irresistible. The house is a little less than 100 square meters big, but has more than enough space to accommodate 4 (+3) guests. On the ground floor there is a living room connected to the kitchen and a nice small toilet. In the living room, in addition to the aforementioned rustic furniture, there is also a fireplace that gives extra charm to this cozy space. The kitchen is decorated in the same rustic style with a bar and a large dining table and you will feel as if you are in a Dalmatian tavern. If you go up the nice wooden stairs to the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have a double bed, a sofa bed, air conditioning and a TV.

Next to the house there is a large covered terrace with outdoor grill and dining table where you can enjoy spending time with family or friends and preparing meals. Enjoy the finest barbecue dishes with a beautiful sea view with the sound of the waves just a few meters from you. On the other side of the house there is an outdoor jacuzzi where you will enjoy evening socializing with a glass of your favorite drink. Next to the jacuzzi there are lounge chairs ideal for relaxing in the fresh air surrounded by beautiful nature.
