Villa Extravaganza is a modern luxury villa of sophisticated style located right by the sea in the bay of the small town of Vinišće. Vinišće is a small Dalmatian fishing village that guarantees guests peace and a real vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

As it was built on a steep property of 700 square meters, the villa itself cascades on 3 floors, and on the 4th floor next to the sea there is an outdoor pool. The heated outdoor pool located literally a few meters from the sea is one of the main features of this villa. Next to the pool there is a covered area with lounge chairs for relaxing after the pool or evening socializing at sunset. The view from this level is truly stunning as it is located just a few meters from the sea. In addition to the beautiful blue sea in front of you, on the right you have a view of the charming bay of Ljubljeva where the villa is located, and on the left you can see the island of Drvenik Mali. Also, around the pool there are sun loungers where you can relax after swimming in the pool or the sea. What is certainly important to mention for the exterior of the villa, are the numerous covered and open terraces that allow guests to choose where they want to stay, depending on the position of the sun and their mood. The entire property of Villa Extravaganza is completely fenced, which guarantees guests complete privacy during their stay, and at the top of the house there is enough parking space for guests.

The villa itself is 300 square meters big and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. On the first floor, below the parking lot, there is a spacious, luxuriously equipped, living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The living room opens onto a large covered terrace with a dining table where you will spend unforgettable dinners and socializing, accompanied with the most beautiful sunsets. For the preparation of the finest dishes there is an outdoor grill, and if you do not feel like cooking, the restaurant is located 3 kilometers away. If even that is not enough for you, there is an option of a private chef for an additional fee. Villa Extravaganza has 4 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, a private bathroom, a TV and access to the terrace. For guests who like to keep fit while on holiday, there is a room with exercise equipment, and in the same room there is a sauna ideal for relaxing after a workout.

In the vicinity of this small village you can explore some of the famous places such as Trogir (20 km), Primošten (25 km), Split (48 km) and the Krka National Park (72 km), where you can swim surrounded by beautiful cascading waterfalls. Concierge services are available to guests during their stay, and for an additional fee there is the option of organizing private transfers, private chef, boat rental and the like.
