Villa Elena

Villa Elena is located on an elevated part of the small town of Orasac not far from Dubrovnik. Its position provides it with an unobstructed spectacular panoramic view of the sea and the Elaphite Islands.

The villa has a total area of 390 square meters and is spread over 3 floors, and due to the cascading property from the parking lot you enter immediately on the top floor where there are 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom is air conditioned, has a king size bed, large glass walls with beautiful views, a private bathroom and TV with Netflix and HBO, a work desk, safe and armchair, and one of them has its own terrace. If you go down the stairs to the floor below you will come to a spacious living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining room and an additional guest bathroom. On the same floor there is a fifth bedroom also fully air conditioned which contains 2 separate single beds that can be connected if necessary, private bathroom, TV and work desk. Also from this bedroom and living room there is an exit to a large terrace where there is a dining table, barbecue and lounge armchairs great for relaxing. The terrace is a place where guests will surely spend most of their time hanging out and preparing a barbecue, drinking morning coffee or a glass of the finest wines.

On the lowest floor there is a large heated pool, outdoor shower and an additional room that includes a sauna ideal for additional relaxation after having spent time on the deck chairs by the pool. Concierge service is available to guests at all times, and for an additional fee it is possible to organize private transfers, private chef, boat rental, babysitting service…
