Villa Draga

Villa Draga is located on the river Jadro in the cradle of ancient Roman history, the town of Solin, once called Salona. Near the villa is the historic city of Split, where you can enjoy delicious gastronomy, cultural events such as film and theater festivals, exhibitions, museums and concerts or walk through the Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Europe. It is interesting to mention that the house was completely renovated in 2017 in Dalmatian style, ensuring that every detail is in line with the tradition of the area, and the foundations of the house are over 200 years old when this place was an old mill.

Villa Draga is an original Dalmatian stone house of 230 square meters spread over 3 floors and can accommodate a total of 10 guests. On the ground floor of the villa you can find a spacious living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. A special detail that you will find in the dining area is the glass floor through which you can see the river flowing under the house, and for a romantic atmosphere there is also a fireplace in the living room. The house is dominated by stone and wooden beams, which is typical for houses in this area, and in addition, there are some modern details. Villa Draga has 3 bedrooms that are fully air conditioned, have a large double bed and TV, and the attic bedroom has its own terrace overlooking this beautiful ancient city.

The villa also has a lovely fully fenced yard in a unique location surrounded on one side by the river Jadro, and on the other by a park with a green area. In the yard you can find a beautiful pool of 10x5 meters equipped with massage jets and counter-current swimming, and around the pool there are sun loungers available to the guests. In addition, next to the pool there is a covered terrace with lounge chairs and a table for evening gatherings with a glass of the finest Dalmatian wines. Along with the villa, as many as 6 parking spaces are provided for guests.
