Villa Bacana

Villa Bacana is located on the seafront in Brela, a place known for its beautiful beaches and is an ideal choice for guests who want peace and privacy, and yet be close to city events. The beach below the house is only a few steps away, so you can refresh yourself in the sea whenever you want. Apart from its micro-location, the villa is also special in terms of the number of bedrooms, having as many as 9, so it can accommodate 18 guests. Villa Bacana is a real modern luxury villa with a total area of 650 square meters spread over 4 floors, each of which has a large terrace, and the entire property of the villa is completely fenced.

On the ground floor there is an extremely large living room connected to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room opens onto a large covered terrace with outdoor dining tables where you will enjoy all meals with a beautiful panoramic sea view. Right in front of the terrace there is an outdoor pool which also offers a beautiful view. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers perfect for relaxing after swimming. On the ground floor there is also a children's playroom with a playstation, table soccer, drawing board and various toys. If you take the elevator or stairs to the first floor, you will find 5 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, king-size bed and TV. Of the 5 rooms on the first floor, 2 have their own terraces overlooking the sea. On the second floor there is a fitness & spa area that includes a gym with many exercise equipment for guests looking for an active holiday, a sauna to relax after a workout, deck chairs and lounge chairs. On the third floor there are 4 more fully air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, king size bed and TV, and 2 rooms have their own terraces overlooking the sea.

Villa Bacana is a great option for several families or for large groups because it is extremely spacious and has many additional facilities to satisfy all guests. The villa also offers the option of a private chef, private transfers, boat rentals and the like at an additional cost. In front of the house there is a beautiful promenade by the sea where you can walk and enjoy the fresh sea air, and a few minutes walk from the house there are shops and restaurants.
