Villa Arsia is located on an elevated part of the picturesque village of Sveti Bartul near Labin, a real medieval Istrian town. Due to its microlocation it is a great choice for guests who want a beautiful panoramic view and privacy.
The exterior of the house is decorated in a traditional style where stone, light tones and a classic sloping roof dominate. Next to the house there is free parking for guests and a basketball hoop. In front of the house there is a large open space and a swimming pool with a stunning view of the town of Labin. Next to the pool there are sun loungers, outdoor shower and barbecue, and at the back of the house is a trampoline for children. The total area of the villa is 200 square meters and it can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining room and has direct access to the terrace with pool. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have double beds and one has 2 single beds that can be joined if needed. All bedrooms are air conditioned, have their own bathroom, and the master bedroom has its own terrace. Guests will be delighted by the peace, greenery and beautiful sunsets.
