Located in the Kvarner Bay, near Opatija, Villa AltaVista is a truly magnificent architectural gem that captures the attention of all passersby every day. All bedrooms are over 20 square meters in size, and each has a king-size bed, private bathroom, air conditioning and TV. Two bedrooms have their own terraces, and 2 have their own balcony and each room has a sea view. The spatial and visual connection of the entrance area and the main living areas on the floor below is realized through the gallery with a staircase leading down to the dining room and living room where you can also find a kitchen and outdoor living room. On the large outdoor terrace there is a dining table, a barbecue where you will prepare the finest fish and meat dishes, TV for entertainment while preparing meals and lounge armchairs with amazing views. On the lowest floor there is a leisure area with a billiard table and air hockey and exercise equipment for guests looking for an active holiday. On the same floor there is an additional kitchen, fireplace and wellness with sauna, jacuzzi and a 9x4 meters big infinity pool , which is partially covered, and can be heated if necessary. In front of the pool there are sun loungers with several parasols in case the sun gets too strong, and there is also a beautiful forest around the property. One of the additional features of this house is certainly the roof terrace, which is the ultimate relaxation zone offering a view that is difficult to describe.

Villa AltaVista has an automatic heating and cooling system in all rooms, Sonos Hi-Fi system in most rooms, and in addition to that, there is a mini golf course available, included the price of the stay, which will delight both the youngest and the oldest. For an additional fee, Villa AltaVista offers its guests the possibility of organizing private transfers, a private chef, boat rental and the like. Within only 5 kilometers from the villa there are many beaches where you can swim, soak up the sun or relax. We definitely recommend a walk along the 12-kilometer-long Lungo Mare promenade by the sea, which connects Volosko, a charming fishing town on one side with Lovran on the other.
