Mons Albius House

Located on a property of as much as 5,500 square meters in the heart of the Velebit Nature Park, this mountain house is ideal for a relaxing holiday. It is located in Baška Oštarije, a village located at an altitude of over 900 meters, at the place where the Velebit is divided into Central and Southern parts. Fresh mountain air, pleasant summer temperatures and only 20 minutes by car to the sea, make this house a great location for a vacation in nature.

House Mons Albius has 4 bedrooms, of which 2 rooms with double beds and 2 rooms with 2 single beds. In addition, it has 2 bathrooms with bath and shower and can accommodate a total of 8 people. The spacious living room with fireplace gives a warm atmosphere, and next to it there is a fully equipped kitchen. In front of the house, guests can relax on the spacious terrace and enjoy the fresh mountain air or swim in the jacuzzi. During the construction and decoration special attention was paid to the architectural concept of the house. Traditional elements were used in a modern way to make each guest enjoy a unique experience. The facade of wooden shingles is reminiscent of old Lika houses and shows the influence of the harsh Velebit weather. Mons Albius is an environmentally conscious house, heated with the help of a heat pump, and most of the furniture, made by local craftsmen, can be recycled.
