Casa De Lux

Casa de Lux is located at the end of the small and quiet town of Rako, only 5 kilometers from the toll station Zagvozd. It is positioned in complete solitude which will ensure peace and privacy, but if you want to spend your day on the beautiful beaches of the crystal clear sea of Baška Voda and Brela, you are separated by only 18 kilometers of highway from these places.

The house was built in 2021 on a property of 2000 square meters-completely fenced- which is ideal for families with children, but also for younger groups who want complete privacy. The total floor area of the house is 500 square meters. On the ground floor there is a large living room connected to the kitchen and dining room. Along the entire length of the living room there are large sliding glass walls that provide a lot of daylight and allow direct access to the outdoor area with a swimming pool. On the same floor there is an additional guest bathroom and three bedrooms. On the first floor there is an additional bedroom that has its own terrace. All bedrooms are air conditioned, have king-size beds, private bathrooms and a TV.
